Candidates first take a job interview after reaching the required language level (B2). Once the job offer is accepted and the employment contract is signed, candidates gain the opportunity to study at a private university with tuition fees covered by the employer, meaning they study for free. Theoretical education is carried out at private universities in Germany with which we have agreements, while practical training is conducted within the company where they have signed an employment contract. Additionally, they receive a monthly salary from the company.
